Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your e-mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect email messages from one email box to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email mailboxes against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails based on certain criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your email accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just specify the email box you would like to redirect email messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else.
